Conceptual Site Plan & Conceptual Architecture
Renderings for a client project in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, just a few steps from the other resort phase below. Recivilize designed the conceptual master plan and conceptual architecture for this new luxury resort, which features a mini-marina, mixed-use commercial and residential options and sites for two resort hotels, one with a 25,000 sq ft casino. Also features a new pier for two full-size cruise ships.

The luxury townhomes are all rear-loaded (with garages in the back), opening the fronts up to the park spaces and water views optimized throughout.
